※ PREORDER PROCESS

The process of my preorders work in this order:

• I process and take the payment for your orders (not including shipping fee from me to you)
• I send the orders to my supplier
• We wait for the orders to be made and sent to my place
• I weigh your order (including bubble mailer/packaging material) and send an invoice to your email for the shipping fee
• Once shipping fee has been paid, I can ship your order to you and send you the tracking number for it

※ABOUT SHIPPING

• I will be using PHILPOST (should this change, I will be sure to email you)
• Shipping fee during checkout is NOT FINAL. It will change depending on the weight of your order and your location
• Should the shipping fee be less than the amount at checkout, I will refund the change to you after the order has been shipped
• Should the shipping fee be larger than the amount at checkout, I will send you an invoice before shipping your order
• PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL.
• Shipping should take around 7-15 days, but please expect delays
• I no longer have control over the product once it is in transit, so I cannot help you after it has been shipped (TT)

※ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Please be 100% sure before placing your order (^qT
• I can only give you a refund within the preorder/selling period, should you want to cancel your order
• Items are checked to be in perfect condition before being shipped; if damage should occur during transit, I will not be accepting refunds and/or returns
